Struggling with your body image and/or self-esteem can feel exhausting and isolating, but healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone. Join counselling psychologist Dr Charlotte Ord, author of Body Confident You, Body Confident Kid (Bluebird, Pan Macmillan), for a unique 6-week experiential and psychodrama online group designed to help you explore your relationship with your body in a safe, supportive space.
This group isn’t about diets, quick fixes, or surface-level positivity. Through creative, embodied exercises and playful psychodrama techniques, you’ll:

Who it’s for: Adults (18+) who want to heal their relationship with their body, boost self-esteem, and find freedom from negative self-talk and inner criticism. No prior experience with groups or psychodrama is needed, just an openness to explore.
