Coronavirus update: I am currently offering remote appointments only via my preferred platform, Skype, and also via Facetime and telephone.
I will resume face-to-face appointments as soon as it is safe to do so.
Existing and future clients, please download my guidelines for remote psychotherapy here.
If you would like to book an initial assessment appointment, please get in touch using the contact form below or ask your GP for a referral.
Prior to your first appointment, it may be useful for us to have a discussion, either via email or 15 minute telephone consultation, so that I can answer any questions you have and find out a little bit about the issues you are facing. A good fit between you, your therapist and the type of therapy provided is very important, and if I am unable to offer you the most appropriate service for your needs I can recommend other options. Before working together, I will provide you with the Terms of Service, which I will ask you to read and sign.
For self-paying clients, my fees are £120 per 50-minute session for individuals.
If you are self-funding or paying for a loved one or employee, we will agree payment terms before therapy begins. Fees are payable via cash, cheque or bank transfer and I will provide you with the payment details.
I also work with people who are funded through their health insurance and am an approved provider with a variety of insurance companies. Health insurance rates differ from those for self-funded clients. Please contact me for more details.
You are invited to pay prior to or on the day of your session, or I can issue an invoice to either yourself or the person paying your fees. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
I kindly request that you inform me as early as possible, and with at least 48 hours notice, if you need to cancel a session. Sessions missed or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur the full fee.
